Key Role:
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality prompts for various writing scenarios in our Software as a Service (SaaS) GenAI solutions. Develop and deliver written and verbal training on using GenAI solutions. Help to manage relevant knowledge bases and ensure that it is up-to-date, accurate, and relevant for the users. Design and implement prompts for different writing tasks, including emails, reports, presentations, and resumes and use natural language processing and generation techniques to create engaging, effective, and diverse prompts. Conduct user research and feedback sessions to evaluate and improve the prompts and collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience. Oversee the content life cycle of key knowledge base repositories, including ServiceNow, Point, and Confluence for facts, data, rules, and best practices for various writing domains and ensure that the knowledge base is consistent, reliable, and aligned with the vendors vision, goals, and requirements. Analyze and monitor the performance and usage of the prompts and the knowledge base and identify and resolve any issues or errors related to the prompts and the knowledge base. Develop and deliver training regarding the use of generative AI systems, including Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with leveraging metrics to produce quality improvement
Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Productivity Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Knowledge of linguistic and grammatical concepts and principles
Knowledge of HTML
HS diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience with natural language processing and generation in the context of writing assistance or education or Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience with natural language processing and generation in the context of writing assistance or education
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with federal contracting and data classification standards
Experience with an Enterprise knowledge management system, including ServiceNow or Microsoft Point
Ability to think creatively and innovatively and create engaging and diverse prompts
Ability to be self-motivated, a collaborative team player, with a willingness to learn and grow
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills for detail and clarity

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
