We have an exciting remote opportunity for an Enterprise Platform Systems - Service Delivery Management - Middleware!
This IT position is responsible for managing the Service Delivery coordination for the Enterprise Platform systems at Pratt & Whitney. Coordinating service restoration efforts and performance activities with focus on process development, communication, and service level compliance and reporting is key. The position will join a team of SDMs focused on performance, service restoration activities, reporting, audit support, policy adherence, and process compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage on-call support matrices and escalation points of contact for 24x7 coverage for all areas within the Enterprise Platform systems portfolio
  • Support performance tuning and improvement efforts in: Middleware (Websphere Application Server, IIB (ACE), .Net, HCL Commerce, API Connect/DataPower, IBM MQ, IBM Sterling Integrator) system builds, patching, compliance, and oversight
  • Deploy tools and processes to ensure service level adherence and communication in a timely fashion
  • Support audit requests
  • Support resource planning activities as it relates to Enterprise Platform Systems resources

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a technical field and 10+ years of Middleware Operations experience; OR an Advanced degree in Information Technology or a technical field and 7+ years of Middleware Operations experience
  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with more than one of the following products:
  • IBM Websphere Application Server
  • IBM Sterling Integrator
  • HCL Commerce
  • eCube
  • Microsoft .Net
  • IBM Broker / ACE
  • IBM MQ
  • API Connect/DataPower Gateway and ETL Integration
  • Project management and oversight skills

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
