You will report to the Head of North America in this remote position. To best serve timezones you live in Austin, Boston, Minneapolis, LA or Seattle.
About You
2+ years of experience managing a sales team in the technology industry
Consistent achievement of revenue goals
Experience coaching, mentoring and developing a team of sales representatives
Great at prioritization and and ability to complete work
Proficient in sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach and ABM technologies
Experience working with leaders such as demand generation, sales operations and enablement
What you own:
Achieve pipeline goals on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
Coach EDRs in self-source prospecting, holding discovery calls, and strategic customer engagement
Cultivate a culture of using metrics for strategic action
You lead with vision in our value messaging and are involved in strategic sales cycles

Compensation
At Atlassian, we aim to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn, we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is determined by a candidate's skills and experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $133,290 - $177,700
Zone B: $119,970 - $159,900
Zone C: $110,610 - $147,500
