WorkBright is a fully remote company and we are accepting applications from candidates located in the US, but give preference to candidates located in Colorado for this position.

The Role

The Customer Account Manager will be responsible for managing a defined book of business to achieve set goals of expansion and retention. The Customer Account Manager is a great communicator, a problem-solver, and a strategic thinker that has a love for sales and service. They are relationship managers. They thrive on learning and working hard. They will be comfortable in adapting to change and have the ability to work in an organization that thrives on individuals constantly looking for ways to get better. They're not afraid to ask for help, and they understand that a good plan today is better than a perfect plan tomorrow. They have confidence in their ability to build remote relationships and respect that the customer's trust starts with their interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Net Revenue Retention (NRR) goals with responsibility for the retention, churn and upsell processes.
  • Conduct Account Reviews across existing accounts to deliver a strong value proposition that maximizes partnership.
  • Utilize various selling tactics to engage with current customers and identify opportunities for increased revenue.
  • Engage with the Sales and Implementation team upon customer acquisition to gain understanding of customer need to assist long term with product adoption.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team on providing a best in class experience of service for our customer.
  • Work cross functionally to appropriately forecast and mitigate churn.
  • Participate in product promotions (webinars, lunch and learn events, etc) to support both new sales and upsell opportunities.
  • Utilize WorkBright tech stack (including but not limited to Salesforce, Quoter and Vitally) to manage accounts, maintain updated stages and account health and forecast opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of exceeding assigned KPIs such as quota or customer satisfaction scores, preferably within a Saas company with a B2B product
  • A strong technical aptitude. Expect above-average skills in MS Office (Word, Excel,
  • PowerPoint, Docs, Sheets and Google Calendar).
  • Strong ability to organize effectively, solve problems quickly, and communicate clearly.
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized and exceptional follow through.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM
  • Experience or knowledge of HR software products
  • Experience communicating and negotiating with MRR, ARR and implementation fees.

Travel Required:

Travel may be required for various meetings or events ranging from team meetings to trade shows or customer events. (Potentially 4-6 times per year.)

What We Offer You: Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 base plus up to $20,000 variable compensation
  • This is a full time, exempt position
