Paid Time Off:
Envision Healthcare offers paid time off, 9 observed holidays and paid family leave. You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year.
Responsibilities
As part of the Security team, the Incident Response Analyst (or Engineer) will protect the confidentiality and integrity of patient, employee, and business information in compliance with organization policies and standards. A primary focus will be investigation of any potentially significant incidents. The ideal candidate will also assist in providing security support, researching and implementing security solutions, and regularly testing security controls.

• Provides system security support across all platforms in the environment
• Assists in the design and management of tools that monitor, detect, and report security-related events
• Fosters relationships between internal teams (e.g., Legal, IT, Compliance) and external (e.g., law enforcement agencies, vendors, and public relations professionals)
• Regularly evaluates the company's ability to respond to interruptions resulting from cyber-attacks (e.g. works with IT on their business continuity planning)
• Research and collect information on threats to the organization through communication with other partner institutions, mailing lists, open source news, and industry partnerships, translating how the myriad of threat factors (geopolitical, competitive, criminal, and market threats) in conjunction with cyber-attack vectors used to disrupt business operations, can impact the company

Qualifications

• Background with coordinating efforts in response to incidents is required
• Knowledgeable on cyber threats relative to the healthcare industry
• Solid understanding of information security and a working knowledge of typical information security controls utilized within the healthcare and security industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of common adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
• Some knowledge of HIPAA, NIST, SOX, PCI DSS and ISO principles, concepts and practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent organization skills
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, with proven ability to deal with ambiguity and lack of precedent
• 2+ years of experience working with security field, with heavy emphasis on Incident Response during the same period
• Bachelor's degree in related field or experience equivalent
• Licenses/Certification: CISSP or other security certifications preferred

Annual Compensation- $73,114 -90,000
Please note, this position is remote and the pay range presented is a full range in the role specific to 100% national labor mkt avg. Salary bands across the enterprise may differ due to cost of living adjustments and are specific to an employee's address and state and can vary for higher labor mkts.
