Job Summary: Our contingent workforce plays a critical role in working with our new and existing Medicare member clients to determine eligibility and perform various enrollment activities. Interfacing with both individual plan members and employer groups, the position will work in accordance with the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance takes place. This position requires a strong focus around accurate and timely customer support to ensure member enrollment and retention. This position will partner cross-functionally with various operational business units while supporting departmental objectives within company and regulatory guidelines. Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is 18.00-20.00 per hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

Key Responsibilities are as follows:
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing enrollment of Medicare members including first-time enrollment and member modifications
- Manage work activities in your work queue (i.e. enrollment missing information, enrollment with effective date change)
- Interface with other system applications for research and, where applicable, updating them with actions/outcomes of enrollment activity
- May also support on one or more of the following enrollment support functions o Update Excel spreadsheets to track workflow of various special assigned projects o Outbound Enrollment Verification member calls o Answer incoming agent/broker calls regarding special needs (low income) enrollment plans o Post Enrollment functions such as determining member paid penalties
- Meet monthly established quality and productivity goals on a consistent basis
- Follow work instructions regarding enrollment tasks
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- 6 months of Health Insurance Enrollment experience.
- 1 year of healthcare insurance or medical terminology and definitions.
- 1 Year of customer service experience.
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED Required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines for Medicare Part D and C
- Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook are a plus; ability to create and update Excel spreadsheets
- 1 year of experience in high outbound or inbound call center
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Must have High Speed internet service while working from home.
- Must have a secured, quiet home office.
