Atlanta Technical College (ATC) is seeking highly qualified applicants for its Enrollment Assistant (Part-Time) positions in the Academic and Student Affairs division, in the Enrollment Services department. This position is located on Atlanta Technical College main campus, just South of Downtown Atlanta.
Under general supervision, the responsibilities of the Enrollment Assistant include, but may not be limited to, the following:
- Using multiple student information systems and databases to enter data from forms, records, student high school, GED/HiSET and college transcripts for admissions.
- Review and process all new student documents related to college enrollment.
- Upload/scan/enter student documents into college imaging system.
- Entering data from forms, records and/or reports using student information database software.
- Maintain record-keeping and filing systems pertaining to college enrollment.
- Assist with updating and maintaining admissions applications checklist for students.
- Stay abreast of state and college admissions rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Assist colleagues with basic questions and concerns related to the enrollment process procedures, and student information systems.
- Excellent customer services, oral, and written communication skills; and
- Perform additional duties, as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess a high school diploma AND Six (6) months of related work experience. Must possess and demonstrate good decision-making and problem-solving skills, as well as be skilled in working with the general public. Must possess and demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
