We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Enrollment and Closeout Assistant for our student career program. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in managing the enrollment process for students entering the program and the closeout procedures for those completing their participation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly, non-benefited position that works as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with program administrators and instructors to track student progress and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed for program closeout.
  • Coordinate the closeout process for students completing their participation in the program, including creating closeout paperwork, verifying accuracy, collecting exit surveys, and uploading final documents to the database.
  • Manage the enrollment process for incoming students ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date enrollment records, including student information, program participation status, and documentation of required forms and permissions.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks related to program Enrollment and Closeout as needed.
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development activities to stay informed about program policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or related roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with various technology platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with merging documents and database management systems.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
  • This is a limited term position.
