English, history, and study skills tutor

English and History tutors wanted! If you're bright, energetic, and eager to meet students in person, we'd love to talk with you!  $32.5-$40/hour, great training, attractive office.

Ideal English and History tutors are:

• Passionate about education
• Experienced in working with students
• Competent in algebra 1 and 8th grade English, and a college graduate
• Conscientious, punctual, reliable, and on top of organizational tasks
• Excellent at communicating with students, parents, and colleagues
• Proactive and efficient in your work
• Team-oriented and coachable
• Enthusiastic and positive!

English and History tutors must:

• Have a 4 year college degree
• Commit to a minimum of 15 tutoring hours per week with a few additional hours of administrative work
• Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Work at AJ Tutoring through the end of the 2023/24 academic year
