Roles and Responsibilities:
Specific Job Duties: Monitor, analyze, and improve manufacturing supply chain metrics for assigned products and materials. Responsible for data analysis, on time delivery, business process development, shifts communication, report generation, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventative solutions. Control the product life cycle from purchase planning, budget allocation, inventory optimization, and SN control to termination End of Life. Work with cross functional teams (Systems development Engineering, Photo engineering, MFG shift, and Shipping logistics) to improve the operational process to meet production requirements. Implement and support process improvements. Drive improvement projects and participate in inventory audits. (Multiple Openings)

Skills and Qualifications:
Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or closely related field, and two years of experience in the job offered or closely related role. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or closely related field, and five years of experience in the job offered or closely related role.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools
Position requires 2 years of experience with the following skills:
1. Defect monitoring, characterization, and root cause analysis;
2. Reviewing equipment designs;
3. Optimization of equipment and process performance and targeting for product yield enhancement;
4. Developing continuous improvement procedures (CIPs);
5. Inline/ Device Cp/Cpk calculation and improvement;
6. Yield prediction; and
7. Tool / chamber commonality check for low yield analysis.
