Job Title:Energy Assessor
Location: Rocklin, CA
Pay: $20 - $30/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, Dental, and Vision–100% paid for by the employer, Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Leave.

Energy Assessor Position Summary:
The Energy Assessor is responsible for ongoing energy upgrade programs, home performance testing, energy modeling, and data collection.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed energy assessments to document existing building conditions and identify opportunities for energy savings.
• Perform blower door, duct leakage tests, carbon monoxide analysis, combustion, and appliance efficiency testing.
• Inspect and evaluate mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Collect and analyze field data related to energy usage and input into modeling software.
• Identify and prioritize potential energy efficiency measures, savings potential, and technologies.
• Prepare energy assessment reports based on analytic findings with detailed specifications and cost savings analysis.
