We are seeking an End User Device Associate to:
- Troubleshoot connectivity and resolve hardware/software issues with timely resolution.
- Coordinate hardware and prepare installations.
- Coordinate with IS Project Managers and Operational Stakeholders on projects of varying sizes
- Support Microsoft operating systems, iOS, Android, hardware, and applications.

Education:
Minimum - Associate Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
Preferred: Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
Work Experience:
Preferred - One (1) year relevant experience in a Healthcare setting.
License and Certifications:
Minimum - None
Preferred -
- Experience in healthcare organization.
- Experience providing computer hardware, software and application support for End Users.
