We are hiring for 2nd shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm). These individuals will be responsible for ensuring that a continuous supply of finished capsules is available for in house packaging operation and to cover outside customers bulk orders as well.

- Shifts available: Monday - Friday - 2nd shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm)
Encapsulation Operators Position Purpose and Objectives
Ensures that a continuous supply of finished capsules is available for in house packaging operation and to cover outside customers bulk orders as well.
Encapsulation OperatorsEssential Job Functions
- Will Cross train in other departments; Compression, Blending, Pharmacy etc.
- Must follow all GMP’s and relevant SOP’s to the position.
- Accurately follow batch record.
- Accurately weigh and/or measures capsules physical parameters.
- Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensures his/her work station is kept clean and safe during operation.
- Cleans equipment following proper sanitation techniques.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Good communication skills. Able to communicate to area supervisor.
- Must be able to read and write.
- Must have basic mathematic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages).
- Knowledge of Zanasis and various encapsulation machines preferred.
- Able to lift and carry 40 lbs. repeatedly.
- Demonstrates a high level of responsibility and knowledge of job function

Minimum Qualifications
- Must have an elementary school diploma or equivalent, some high school a plus.
- Be able to read and write, and perform basic math operations.
