Vice President of Individual and Family Support

Days/Hours of Position: Monday – Friday, 35 Hours per week, Flexibility may be required based

on the needs of the program.

Salary Range : Salary will be based on experience, expertise and demonstrated skills , ranging from $50,000 - $55,000.00

Primary Purpose:

The person in this position will be responsible for the overall coordination, direction, and supervision of their assigned Employment Services program(s), utilizing a person-centered approach to delivery of services. This will include, but is not limited to,facilitation of community based inclusive opportunities, completing assessments for individuals in the Employment Services programs, supervision of staff and case coordination. This position will function according to the policies established by the CCARC, Inc. Board of Directors, with the goal of maximizing the potential of the individuals in the program.

Essential Functions:

• Treat all individuals with respect and dignity, encourage opportunities that promote choices and promote incidental teaching in the service areas.

• Hire, train, direct, supervise and evaluate assigned staff.

• Develop, implement and monitor a comprehensive and diversified Employment Services program to meet the interests and needs of individuals, in accordance with the Agency’s Mission.

• Responsible for intake, orientation and discharge process for individuals referred to or receiving services from CCARC, Inc.’s Employment Services.

• Organize, schedule and facilitate Individual Plan (IP) meetings with individuals receiving services.
