Job Description
We are seeking an Employment Law Attorney with 2-3 years of experience to join our Employment Law Practice Group. The candidate should have a practical, solutions-driven counseling ability with a client service-oriented approach. This includes the ability to multitask and deal with ambiguity in the law, process, and procedure. The candidate should be able to adequately demonstrate a solid understanding of various substantive areas of Employment Law including discrimination and harassment, disability and accommodations, employee policies, and wage and hour matters such as the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Title VII, Fair Labor and Standards Acts (FLSA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) matters, and related state laws.
