Employee Trainer – English & Spanish
**This role requires written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish**
Location: San Jose, Santa Cruz, Monterey, Salinas areas
Help Support Our Growing Team: We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Employee Trainer that will help provide training and instruction to our growing remote workforce of direct care professionals across the San Jose, Salinas, and Monterey Peninsula. This dynamic role is perfect for someone who is flexible and people-oriented.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver training programs in English and in Spanish to employees at all levels of the organization (both in-person and online).
- Work closely with Mission Hills Main Office Training Department.
- Use online video platforms (Microsoft Teams and HD Meeting) to conduct online training classes.
- Travel between San Jose, CA and Salinas, CA office locations to conduct in-person training classes.
- Ensure training standards and effectiveness are maintained.
- Design and implement training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Utilize various instructional techniques and delivery methods to engage learners.
- Prepare and administer written and proficiency tests.
- Evaluate training effectiveness based on feedback from participants and management.
- Coordinate and organize training registration and notification process.
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records and generate detailed monthly reports.
- Help maintain and reconcile training records management systems.
Qualifications:
- Must have High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 5 years of training experience required.
- Fluency in English and Spanish language (written & verbal)
