Job description

Role Overview

Serve as an Employee Support champion for all areas of Employee Support. Support all employee inquiries and regular data management by maintaining and interpreting employee data and information. Support all initiatives in Employee Support in alignment with the Company core values and provide excellent customer service to each team member throughout their employment journey.

Core Functions
  • Field employee inquiries through ES Support desk, and communicate effictively what resources and tools can best equip employees in a timely manner.
  • Process, maintain and ensure accuracy of all employee data with utmost confidentiality.
  • Ensure accuracy and proper system data across all platforms.
  • Execute, maintain and interpret employee data records and reports.
  • Assist with any other Employee Support Team tasks as needed.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Office role: works in temperature-controlled environment.
  • Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium and high pitch.
  • Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.
  • Must have a current and valid driver's license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance.
  • Ability to lift 5 - 20 pounds.

Hours and Schedule
  • Average 40 hours per week (8am-5pm, M-F).
  • No evenings or Sundays.
  • Minimal travel required for company events and inter-region collaboration.
