Position: Employee & Labor Relations Specialist
Location: 100% Remote
Type: 6 months contract to hire
Required Competencies:
· Ability to independently research OPM and Agency policies, rules, and regulations to develop analyses based on findings.
· Ability to independently research caselaw and case precedent using CyberFeds, Westlaw, or other legal research tools to develop analyses based on findings.
· Ability to work independently to interpret labor laws, Executive Orders, OPM and Treasury guidance and develop analyses.
· Intermediate level of proficiency needed for the daily use of the following software: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, Outlook, and Skype, in order to develop work products and communicate effectively with the client.
· Ability to draft MS Word documents, develop Excel spreadsheets, and create PowerPoint presentations.
· Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
· Ability to provide advice, deliver training, and discuss negotiation strategies with a high level of proficiency.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
· 12 years of Federal Sector Labor Relations experience and a Bachelor's degree OR 8 years of Federal Sector Labor Relations experience and an advanced degree.

Salary: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
