Job Title: Employee Relations Ops Partner
Job Location: Santa Clara, CA
Job Duration: 3 Month on W2
Employee Relations Operations Partner (Contract Worker Position)
This is a hybrid position. The objective is to initially support our ER Partners by successfully learning and executing our ER processes, and training our People Ops team. This role will then transition into an ER Partner supporting our US GTM, Marketing and Strategy organizations.
Job Description:
- Ops Partner
- Triage Employee Relations cases and ensure all employees questions and concerns get addressed
- Responsible for answering Tier 1 Employee Relations questions.
- Steward of Employee Relations data integrity
- Draft confidential separation agreements and execute involuntary termination transactions.
- This includes partnering with Legal to draft additional disclosures as necessary.
- Partner with appropriate stakeholders to ensure a positive onboarding experience which includes but not limited to the handling of benefit continuation, severance pay and asset return inquiries.
- Monitor involuntary terminations via Workday to ensure timely processing of final pay.
- Recorder and facilitator of ER's NAM biweekly and Global monthly meeting agendas.
- Assist Employee Relations Partners to educate, coach and guide leaders on our performance management and elevation efforts, while ensuring adherence to our philosophy and values.
- Provide leaders with upstanding advice to elevate performance and capability across their teams and respective organizations.
- Assist Employee Relations Partners to conduct in-takes on Employee Relations matters and policy violations and partner with investigators/the Legal team to effectively address issues.
- Act as an advocate for equitable and fair treatment; ensure our practices continue to align to our company's core values: Disrupt. Execute. Inclusion. Collaboration. Integrity.
A minimum of 3 years of Employee Relations experience gained in either an HR role or Employee Relations Advisory role, or equivalent/transferable experience operating in a fast paced working environment.
Experience with employment law and effective risk management practices is a plus.

Comfortable operating in Gsuite, Docusign, Workday, ServiceNow and Navex a plus
Experience managing sensitive confidential employee and company information
