Employee Relations Manager
Job Summary:
Looking for a positive-minded Human Resources professional that employees and managers feel comfortable coming to with workplace issues. The Employee Relations Manager will handle all Employee Relations issues from beginning to end with minimum supervision. The perfect candidate must be a team player and willing to take on additional responsibilities within the department as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manages employee-employer relationship
- Go-to person for any HR related issue, concerns, and complaints
- Resolve ongoing conflicts
- Explore new ways to further improve employee well-being
- Deal with employee absenteeism, grievances, discipline, and dismissals
- Conduct exit interviews, summarizes findings, and discuss trends and concerns with senior management
- Provide information to employees on counseling, benefits and other services and programs
- Update Employee Handbook and other employment related policy documents as needed
- Create, monitor & promote workplace diversity & inclusion policies
- Perform other Human Resources duties as assigned
