A successful specialized insurance agency is looking to add a Producer to our growing organization.

PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop new sales from a variety of prospecting techniques
• Outstanding customer service to existing clients
• Market new and existing client policies with insurance carriers they represent

PRODUCER REQUIREMENTS:

• Active life, health, and accident license
• Candidate must have previous Employee Benefits sales experience
• Attention to detail and follow-up

PRODUCER COMPENSATION:

• Base salary + commission
• Healthcare insurances medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 401K matching plan
• PTO & paid holidays
