Security Finance is hiring a Employee Benefits Coordinator!
As an Employee Benefits Coordinator, you can expect to:
Assists employees with questions concerning benefit plans
Acts as liaison between employees and benefit administrators
Assists with audit of benefit file information and initiates ACH transactions related to the benefits plans
Administers and ensures compliance with Federal/State Poster Compliance
Administers the workers compensation program
Prepares employer portion of long-term disability claims
Prepares short-term disability claims
Provides backup for preparing benefits billing related to the medical, dental, and ancillary coverages
Provides backup for the security badge process for Corporate Office
Provides backup for distributing departmental mail
Provides backup for leave administration
You could be a great addition as Records Clerk, if you have:
Knowledge of basic human resource principles and practices
Must be able to communicate effectively
Computer literate and able to operate a ten-key calculator, fax, and copier
Working knowledge of COBRA laws & FMLA laws preferred
