We are searching for a dedicated Emergency Room (ER) nurse to deliver high quality care and safety patients in within the ER department. These contracts are nationwide.

You will perform a range of tasks including performing medical emergencies, IV insertion, diagnostic tests, monitoring patient recovery, and critical care. In addition to having a highly analytical mindset, our ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of safe, effective and quality patient-family centered care during the perioperative period.
• Able to assess a variety of medical emergencies.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with other members of the perioperative team.
• They must maintain a high degree of confidentiality and support the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Requirements

• 2 years' experience in related specialty
• RN and/or BSN in related field
• BLS, ACLS, and other certifications may be required depending on specialty.
• Available to take on call if needed.
• Demonstrate brilliant empathy and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a stressful and emotional environment.
