Time For Change eradicates crime and homelessness in DC. We do this by having a Psychotherapy Department, a Clinical Employment Program and a Trade School Department. This position interfaces with all departments but its primary focus is with the Trade School Department.

Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Certification: CPR and National Registry EMT
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS), Tactical Combat Casualty Care and (TCCC) certifications
Experience: 5 years of field experience as a practicing EMT or paramedic
Experience: Must possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a primary classroom instructor providing training
No security clearance required but must pass background.
Responsibilities
The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Instructor provides instructional services.
The instructor will provide expert skills and knowledge to deliver instruction to TFC students, focusing on ensuring students achieve the necessary skills mandated by the course curricula and course objectives
