About the Program:
At Bay Area Training Academy (BATA), we offer accelerated in-person 5-week and 8-week EMT training programs in Milpitas, Alameda, and Fairfield. Our courses encompass a blend of hands-on, skills-based scenarios and traditional academic curriculum, meeting both State and National requirements for EMT certification. Course Sections:
- A minimum of 160 hours of didactic instructions and skills laboratory
- A minimum of 24 hours of supervised clinical experience in an acute care setting
All instructions adhere to local state and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) National EMS Education Standards.
