JOB:

To effectively operate Baruden and/or Tajima Embroidery Machines for our fast-paced manufacturing facilities in Durham. Be a part of a growing business in the apparel industry. We are hiring now! We will train you.

LOCATION: Durham, NC

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate multi-head Baruden and/or Tajima Embroidery Machines

• Monitor quality control to guarantee all products are of the best quality.

• Responsible for the daily production of embroidering products

• Ensure operational goals are met daily/weekly

• Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively

• Attention to detail for accurate logo placement and color threads

• Good vision is needed to inspect the products

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to read and write is a must

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (boxes) throughout your shift

• Ability to work in a high volume-oriented environment

• Spanish as an additional language is a plus

SCHEDULE:

• Monday to Friday

• Some Saturdays (mandatory)

EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to thread a needle is a must

• Embroidery Machine Operator experience (Preferred)

• Sewing or embroidery experience (Preferred)

• The ability to operate Baruden or Tajima machines is a plus

SHIFT AVAILABILITY:

• 1st Shift (8-hours per day)

• 2nd Shift (9-hours per day)
