Jaguar Land Rover North America's internship program is a great opportunity for college students entering their junior or senior year, or who are currently in a graduate school program, to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of the automotive industry! This is a great opportunity for personal growth and development from a business and learning perspective.
Details of the program:
- The program is open to students at a Junior or Senior level in their Bachelor's Degree program or enrolled in a Master's or PhD Program
- The Internship length is flexible
- Up to 29 hours per week during business hours (Business Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm)
- Paid internship -
- $26/hour for students in an undergraduate program
- $31/hour for students in a Master's program
- $37/hour for students pursuing PhD
What you will be doing:
- Identify and understand the components of the existing simulation system.
- Create concept of operations, instructional materials and simulation usage guidelines.
- Create Hardware and Software Bill of Materials.
Additional possible objectives:
- Extend functionality and simulated scenarios.
- Extend user feedback with additional kinetic or visual feedback mechanisms.
- Further incorporate build and test automation within the simulation environment, and other job duties as required.
What you will need:
- Computer Science, EE or Systems Engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in progress, Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing.
- Good written skills are important. Experience with Systems Design and Documentation would be helpful.
