About the Program and Hours
- 12 bed ED
- 18,615 Annual Visit ED
- 4% admission rate from the ED
- APPs see patients in the RME role and in Fast Track. APPs don’t see Main Side Pts.
- 12 hour ED Physician shifts (6a-6p, 6p-6a)
- 8 hour ED APP shift (1p-9p for 5 days per week)
Qualifications
- Active Texas license in the state or ability to attain unrestricted state license
- Active Texas DEA
- Candidate Must be EM BE/BC or FM BC with EM experience
- If board eligible in EM, must have active BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS.
