OVERVIEW:
Be a part of something beautiful! We are looking for seasoned stylists with an existing book of business of over $1500 average weekly sales to join our salon team! We are offering a $3000 sign on bonus (paid out within your first month of hire) for top tier professionals looking to provide exceptional guest experiences.
THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
On a daily basis, you'll have the opportunity to display your artistry in ways that draw out the potential in all guests-delighting them with the newest trends and ideas, enhancing their esteem, and setting them loose to conquer their worlds.
You'll accomplish all of this by:

• Performing hair services including haircolor, haircuts, color, texture, and treatments
• Developing guest relationships through consultations and offering service and retail recommendations
• Achieving service sales goals of $1500 per week
• Remaining informed on trends and product knowledge and participating in provided education, promotions and marketing initiatives
• Supporting in-store events and workshops that deliver an unrivaled guest experience
• Adhering to all Salon standards for guest service, sanitation and cleanliness
• Servicing guests (including walk-ins, if available) in a timely and efficient manner
• Developing partnerships with other service providers to cross-promote services and boutiques to provide guests a total-store experience
• Sharing the benefits of the guest loyalty program to drive guest experience and long-term retention
• Demonstrating your personal style (while adhering to the Ulta Beauty dress code)

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
Q ualified candidates are 18+ years-old with a Cosmetology and/or Barbers License.

• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for performing hair design, color, texture, hair treatments, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable)
• Proficiency with use of equipment and chemicals needed to perform technical work
• Proficiency to demonstrate, recommend and sell pro hair care and makeup products
• Developed communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, and build clientele

Working Conditions

• Frequent mobility during shift
• Continuous lifting and/or moving up to 10 lbs. during shift
• Frequent stooping, kneeling, and crouching during shift
• Ability to stand for long periods of time during shift
