JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:
Primary responsibilities include planning, implementing and facilitating department functions to achieve optimal performance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitors Eligibility Representatives performance in all aspects of job duties, including daily and weekly responsibilities.
- Communicates cross mapping or D120 issues appropriately; monitors reports for unusual patterns and/or issues.
- Oversees daily functions of the Eligibility department to ensure productivity and quality assurance goals are achieved.
- Develops, implements and administers department policies and procedures; communicate changes to staff.
- Cross-trains employees to provide support for vacations, sick days, and personnel shortages.
- Collaborates with Senior Representatives to determine training needs for new and current employees.
- Performs other duties and assignments as requested.
