This Eligibility Analyst position works to accurately administer eligibility data with the carrier. They assist with the coordination of the COBRA and flexible spending functions for all benefit clients. The Eligibility Analyst's essential functions include:

  • Responsible for reviewing client enrollment data and reports, verifying for accuracy, completeness, and adherence with client's established policy.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate entry of all client enrollments, changes, terminations, and deletions into various carrier systems.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all change and enrollment reports are saved in EPIC with personal documentation of the completed task.
  • Follow-up on corrections and changes identified through the audit process.
  • Responsible for working in conjunction with clients and internal staff to provide quick resolutions to questions and issues in a professional manner.
  • Pull weekly enrollment files from Kapnick’s Online Benefit Administration systems and administer eligibility changes as contracted to carriers.
Requirements:

To be considered for the Eligibility Analyst position, you should have:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 6+ months of experience in data entry
  • Intermediate skill level in Word, Excel, & Outlook
  • Previous benefits and/or related insurance experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
