**Job Description**
We are seeking a person to join our team as a Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant. In this position, you will play a vital role in dispatching service calls and handling a variety of administrative duties. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, the ability to work well with others and who can thrive in a highly supervised environment. This position is 100% in person.
**Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct inbound phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Coordinate with field members to assign jobs
- Enter calls into our industry-specific system
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
**Requirements**
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
- Minimum of 1 year in the elevator industry preferred
- Experience with the Site Service system is highly valued
- Positive and friendly demeanor a must

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
