SalaryMazel Day School is a community Jewish Day School in South Brooklyn for Preschool through Grade 8. Summary of Head Teacher Job Description:
- Facilitate a progressive and child-centered classroom environment.
- Implement appropriate grade-level curricula in all subjects.
- Cultivate core Jewish values such as kindness, respect, compassion and integrity within students.
Qualifications:
- BA or Masters degree in education
- Two or more years classroom teaching experience preferred
- Mastery in content subject area

- experience with and knowledge of curriculum standards and developmental stages of children in their grade level
- experience in a student-centered educational model.
Salary: Starting at 50K
Hours: Full-Time (8:30am-4:15pm)
