Indian Knoll Elementary Highlights
Indian Knoll Elementary school is home to around 300 students. We are a K - 5 school with at least one dual language classroom per grade level. Our timberwolves are working on developing a growth mindset and valuing our core values of being respectful, responsible and safe. Indian Knoll currently hosts a band, orchestra and a yearbook club. We recently had a brand new playground built and our students love playing out there together.
Classes are designed to develop student agency, while also continuing to value interests, cultures and traditions. Indian Knoll staff continue to work on engaging students and having them track their own progress. In addition to beginning schoolwide Classroom Learning Communities, our staff are also beginning Academic Parent Teacher teams to continue to increase parental engagement. Indian Knoll also hosts School Wide Meetings with all our students to align expectations throughout our IK community.
Indian Knoll currently has special education self - contained classrooms. These classrooms make Indian Knoll unique and diverse. All students' daily schedules include the core content. Indian Knoll students attend five specials a week, P.E., music, art, library and social - emotional learning. In addition, we have a brand new library and stem lab. Our students love going to the stem lab with their classrooms, as there are so many fun activities to do!

- Knowledge and experience in dual language programming preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Principal/Assistant Principal experience required
- Special Education experience preferred
