A Day in the Life of a Electronics Technician Operations Manager:
- Operate company vehicle (box truck); no CDL license required
- On-site evaluation of damaged electronics & appliances from insurance claims involving fire, water, or lightning strike damage
- Inventory, remove and transport electronic items and consumer appliances from homes or business
- Disassemble and evaluate electronic items & appliances to be cleaned, serviced, and/or repaired
- Test, clean, restore, and reassemble electronic items to pre-loss condition
- Deliver and reinstall electronic items and consumer appliances within insured home or business
- Supervise and coordinate electronic technicians according to needs of the job.
Operations:
- Schedule and lead electronic technician crews on new insurance claim jobs and deliveries
- Ability to manage all aspects of multiple project types
- Oversee and delegate all warehouse duties including inventory and organization.
Administrative:
- Coordinate with office staff to maintain supply inventory, and purchase supplies
- Handle facility issues, as needed, and keep the facility neat and orderly
- Manage employee training requirements and schedules
- Provide employee coaching and team-building efforts

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
