RESONANT SCIENCES LEAD ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN : Ulysses Advisors is leading a search for an Lead Electronics Technician to join Resonant Sciences to support and lead the company's expansion into a new line of business at the recently opened production facility in Beavercreek. POSITION OVERVIEW: Resonant is looking for an Lead Electronics Technician to join a critical and rapidly growing engineering and manufacturing team that supports innovative hardware development for both defense and commercial customers. We are seeking someone with leadership and technical experience in electrical engineering and electronics production to work in a fast-paced environment developing, building, and testing radomes, antennas, test fixtures, and electronic systems. You will lead a team of electrical engineers and set up a new area of production in the company and expected to be the technical expert as well as the resource for junior engineers to enable success. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Lead engineers experienced in electronic design and testing, circuit board design, FPGA development, and software development to migrate capabilities from a lab environment to deliverable custom products. ● Assist team to design, build, and test custom electronic solutions. ● Automated Test Equipment experience ● Lead team and help build and test custom electrical board designs. ● Analyze design risks, anticipate and mitigate risks ● Experience with Military Applications for electronics production ● Expertise in Surface Mount Production (SMP) ● Experience with Parts, Materials and Processes (PMP) DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS ● College/Technical degree or equivalent technical / professional certificate ● 4 + years experience ● Knowledge of AS and ISO standards ● Must be eligible to obtain and/or maintain a Secret Clearance. Active clearance is preferred ● Writing and communication skills with experience contributing

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
