CPR® has made a name for itself in the repair business by offering excellent quality repairs on all types of devices including cell phones, iPhones, iPads, tablets, iPods, smart phones, game systems, laptops and more – for customers all over the United States. We are currently hiring at our locations in Alcoa, Pigeon Forge and Knoxville TN. We are in search of qualified candidates for the position of Electronics Repair Technician / Manager.

Experience is a must. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills.

• Oral and written communication proficiency.
• Troubleshooting and assembly skills with laptops and mobile devices.
• Basic computer skills, Office Applications and cloud based services.
• High School diploma or GED/equivalent certification required.
• Working knowledge of Android and Apple OS an asset.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspection, testing, and repair of smart phones computers and other mobile devices.
• Accurately document repairs and parts information
• Perform high quality repairs and refurbishment of electronic devices:phones/tablets/laptops/GPSs/Drones, etc.
• Monitor parts inventories and inform management of status.
• Dismantle old electronic devices for OEM parts.
• Interact with customers as needed, providing exceptional customer service.
• Keeps work area clean and sterile.
• Performs other duties as required by management, including cleaning of work areas, bathrooms and office environment.
