Electronics Associate Evenings

Your local Rochester Walmart is hiring for our Electronics (Entertainment) department. Full Time position evening shift from 1pm-10pm 5 nights/week. Must be able to work either a Saturday or Sunday.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding the right electronics products based on their needs
- Upsell additional products and accessories to enhance the customer's experience
- Demonstrate product features and provide technical information to customers
- Process transactions using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product knowledge

• I complete exception work (Pinpoint, Price Changes, Weekly Deep Outs Scan).
• I work with my team to zone my area.
• I partner with stocking team 1 to work features and non-basic merchandise to the floor or binned before 2 pm and work features to home.
• I ensure anti-theft devices are installed according to my store’s Merchandise Protection Plan, and install anti-theft devices, like spider wrap and keeper boxes, on items if missing.
• I manage clearance and deleted items for area.
• I complete CVP by 9am.
• I pick up and put back service desk returns.
• I manage photo lab supplies.
• I complete and maintain the CCC log.
• I complete maintenance on the photo lab equipment.
• I follow all compliance and privacy regulations.
• I conduct wireless product inventory audits.
• I complete opening and closing tasks.
• I conduct all tasks in WARP.
• I make sure merchandise that has a Return Authorization (RA) is taken to claims for processing.
• I use the Mod Flex Tool to set, confirm and aisle locate modulars and assign and maintain endcap features.
• I help with customer carry outs as needed.

Nice to haves:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively sell and promote products
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Technical knowledge of electronics products is desirable
