Summary:
This position will require experience in multiple aspects of the design of 1-5GHz muliti-mode, multi-band RF front end modules including circuit design, simulation, layout, validation, data analysis and reporting. Direct experience with Transmit or Receive design and 4G/5G mobile standards/specification is a plus
Repsonsibilities:
Collabortates with system engineers to architect/define/specify solutions.
Responsible for design and simulation per defined product functionalities and specifications.
Characterize, verify, and debug the design through lab measurements.
Understands and reinforces design review, best practice, and other product line design processes.
Delivers design release notes, documentation for product characterization.
Qualifications:
Good knowledge of low noise, low power, high linearity design.
Experience in using HFSS/ADS FEM 3D simulation tools, ADS for simulation and layout.
Proficiency in the use of test equipment such as Noise Figure Meter, VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, etc... in execution of Gain/NF/IIP3/Isolation measurement and troubleshooting.
Exceptional analytical and problem-sovling skills
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter and team player
BSEE or equivalent, MSEE preferred.
