Responsibilities:
- Assemble custom cable assemblies, electronic components, and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Use power tools and hand tools to fabricate, modify, or repair cable & harness assemblies
- Perform soldering tasks
- Test and troubleshoot electronic circuits and systems
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications
- Read and interpret technical documentation, such as schematics, diagrams, and work instructions
- Operate machinery and equipment related to electronic cable & harness assembly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with hand tools & power tools
- Experience in cable & harness assembly and soldering techniques
- Familiarity with electronic components, circuits, and systems
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as rulers & calipers for accurate measurements
