Here's what you'd do:
- Responsible for performing various electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations, including skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
- Comprehends and interprets various technical specifications, terms, and documents.
- Determines or follows methods and sequence of operations in wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
- Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
- Works under limited supervision.
- Be a resource to other employees in areas of expertise.
- Assignments are moderately complex, requiring some judgment.
- Less detailed instructions are provided, and minimal peer review is necessary.
- Communicates with contacts typically within and outside the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach an agreement.
- Work may be structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
- Follows established processes to complete tasks.
- Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.
- Resolves most issues.
- Works to achieve operational targets within the job area, which has a moderate impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
- Work is of moderate scope, typically on more significant, task-related activities.

Pay: $30 - $35/hr.
Hours: 40 hours/week-980 Reg (1st Shift).
Length: Temp (6 Months).

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Electronic Assembly.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in soldering [fine hand work experience].
- Associate Degree.
- Experience in military or defense industry background.
- Experience reading schematics.
- IPC 610.
- Must have good Soldering skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow written work instructions in English.
- Fully proficient in supporting individual contributors.
- Able to solder microelectronic components.
