Position:Electronic Alarm Installation Technician

Location: Our office is located in Beaverton, OR; you will also be travelling to on-site client locations as well as be in our office

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7:30am-4:30pm

Pay: $26-$30/hr – Depending on experience

The Ideal Technician:

We are looking for a technician to join our growing team – plenty of learning/growth opportunities in a rewarding and productive industry! We have a well-established customer base, and no shortage of jobs. Our employees consistently receive 40 hours a week –often with overtime opportunities. We have dedicated support staff to ensure that you have all of the tools and training that you need to do the job, and do it well.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

This role provides our community with security systems and video surveillance within a limited scope. Our professional practices, combined with cutting edge technology provides a rewarding opportunity for our employees and customers. Candidates with a background in installing equipment partnered with customer service are the most ideal for this role.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Support of internal network systems (software/hardware), external video surveillance. and access control network systems, and our internal central monitoring data center operations
• Assist in the provisioning of networking, security, access control, video surveillance, and computer systems specifically relating to internal and client needs (analytics and AI)
• Provide preventative maintenance to video systems (cleaning camera lenses, firmware updates, etc.)
• ·Provide Tech Support and troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot software of all types
• Provide end-user remedial system training
• Assist with in-office duties as assigned
• Parts runner for urgent situations
• Camera cleanings and field programming
• Install PRO series and wireless systems
