An Associate Mechanical Assembler job is available with our client in Duncan, OK. In this role you will perform a variety of assembly operations associated with the manufacturing of explosive products, small mechanical or electro-mechanical parts, or equipment housing or large equipment such as engines, engine and PTO drive trains, gas compressors, control equipment, covers/cowlings, related connecting lines, etc. To be considered for this role, you will have 1-2 years of related assembly experience.

Associate Mechanical Assembler Job Duties:

· Assembly process may include fitting, mounting, alignment, adjusting, and operational testing.

· Perform a variety of assembly operations associated with-

i) The manufacturing of explosive products,

ii) Small mechanical or electro-mechanical parts

iii) Equipment housing or large equipment such as engines, engine and PTO drive trains, gas compressors, control equipment, covers/cowlings, related connecting lines.

· Shift 6am-4:30pm M-TH (every other Friday)

Knowledge/ Skill/ Ability/ Education/ Experience:

· Must engage in safety culture.

· Must be familiar with hand tools, electric and air powered impact wrenches.

· Machinery/tools experience needed, hand tools, electric and air powered impact wrenches.

· 1-2 years of related assembly experience.

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
