Electrician/Foreman

We are currently seeking a Foreman to run commercial projects and equipment installation. Projects will range form 2,500Sqf to 50,000sqf renovations or new construction off: office space, medical space, restaurants, and warehouse space. Equipment installation will very from upgrading building services to installing pipe, wire, disconnects and breakers for manufacturing, automotive or restaurant equipment.  

Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and specifications. 
• Work with GCs and customers to stay on schedule and install in accordance with the scope of work. 
• Work with your project manager to keep track of job costs and change orders. 
• Manage a crew of 2-12 men. 
• Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
• Troubleshoot motor and control systems
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
• Adhere to all quality and safety codes

​​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in electrical contracting as a lead/foreman. 
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
