Electrician/Crew Leader

Responsibilities:
- Residential wiring of modern custom homes with 2 Apprentices.

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to determine electrical requirements
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes
- Perform frame carpentry work to install electrical boxes, outlets, switches, and fixtures
- Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning and safety
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as plumbers and HVAC technicians, to complete projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Valid Residential Wireman, or Journeyman Electrician's License
- Valid Drivers License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an apprenticeship program or relevant vocational training
- Proven experience working as an electrician in residential, or commercial settings
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical documents
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Note: Experience with high voltage systems is preferred but not required.
