Lighting Maintenance Inc (LMI) is currently seeking several Electricians to work in the Northern Virginia area. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years’ experience providing maintenance, repairs, and installation of electrical & lighting systems and must have the ability to work within commercial and government facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
  • Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
  • Troubleshoot circuits and electrical equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
  • Adhere to all quality and safety codes

​​QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years’ experience
  • Electrical license
  • Bucket Truck Experience

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Licenses – Current clean driver’s license
  • Education – High school Graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent training.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Able to work 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, overtime and night shifts as required.

PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead.
  • Lift 51 pounds.
  • Climb ladders of all types.
  • Possess good vision (normal or corrected)
