Compensation
CDL and You will jointly decide your salary based on your level of certification, expertise, years and types of work experience, and both tangible and intangible skills and attributes, along with current market pay data and analytics to normalize wages against inflation.
What We Need from You:
- A valid JOURNEYMAN or MASTER ELECTRICIAN License for the state
- Your own set of hand tools for electrical work
- A sharp eye for detail and the drive to work independently.
- Familiarity with national electrical and city codes
- In-depth understanding of electrical systems, including Motor Controls and PLCs
- Experience with installing and repairing electrical circuits, both indoors and outdoors
- Capability to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
- Planned and executed electrical wiring, equipment, and fixture installations.
- A current TWIC card or the ability to acquire one.
- A valid Driver's License
Your Day-to-Day:
- Participate in daily safety briefings to ensure a secure work environment.
- Uphold stringent safety standards and proper use of PPE.
- Conduct precise measurements and manipulate wire and conduit.
- Utilize various tools to install, connect, and secure electrical components.
- Engage in physical tasks such as digging and breaking up concrete for installations.
- Fulfill diverse electrical tasks to support and repair systems, from skilled to unskilled.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit for prolonged periods.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and reaching high places.
- Capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds
- Resilience to work in various weather conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
