Position Details:

Summary of Duties:

Perform Operating and Maintenance work on high voltage distribution systems. Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair a variety of emergency power electrical equipment; including generators, transfer switches, portable and temporary distribution systems, switches, and lighting. Perform all maintenance and service required on all electrical systems.

Required Qualifications:
  • Completion of a recognized apprenticeship as an electrician OR full journey status as an electrician in a union; OR four years' applicable work experience.
  • Possession of, or ability to obtain by time of hire, a valid driver's license.
  • Qualified to operate a bucket truck or man lift.


Preferred Qualifications:

Journey Level Electrician (Card) preferred at time of hire or lineman qualifications.

Monthly Salary: Range 52 | $5,013 to $5,813 (G-M) | Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28 OR applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
