Electrician

Niyaa People are looking for an Electrician to join a team within a local housing association to carry out electrical works in both tenanted and void properties around South Birmingham.
This is an on-going contract role.
The Electrician role is:
• South Birmingham based
• Social housing focussed
•£25 per hour
• Monday - Friday, 40 hour week
Day to day works consist of:
• Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR's)
• Small repairs in properties
• Works in void and occupied properties
Mandatory qualifications for this role:
• Full UK driving license
• 18th Edition Wiring Regs
• NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent
• 2391 Testing & Inspection
