Test Technician – Milwaukee, WI

We are seeking a qualified Test Technician with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in electrical systems, power converters, and/or inverters is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting tests, inspections, and troubleshooting activities to ensure the quality and functionality of products.
What You Will Do:
· Perform tests and inspections on electrical systems, power converters, and inverters according to established procedures
· Utilize knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles to ensure products meet quality standards
· Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, providing technical support to address challenges
· Interpret and follow detailed instructions, blueprints, and use measuring instruments with precision
· Demonstrate good manual dexterity skills and work with various mechanical tools
· Use precision measuring instruments, gauging devices, test sets, and power tools as needed
· Apply Lean principles and tools to optimize testing processes
· Operate overhead cranes and forklifts, willing to undergo training and certification if required
What You Need:
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Test Technician in a manufacturing environment
· Preferred experience in electrical systems, power converters, and/or inverters.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles, inspection, and testing techniques
· Troubleshooting skills
· Proficient use of precision measuring instruments, gauging devices, test sets, and power tools
· Must have experience with electrical safety and high/low voltage AC/DC testing
What's in it for you:
· 2nd Shift 4:00pm – 2:30am Monday – Thursday
· Train on 1st shift 5:30am – 4:00pm Monday – Thursday
· $25-$30/hr
